OK. That’s what I thought. Each account in Nano/RaiBlocks has it’s own blockchain. The first record by definition has to have incoming (receive) XRBs. They use open instead of receive to also indicate that this is the first record for the account. If you look at any other address, you’ll see that the first record is also open followed by sends and receives.
This is a technical detail and is covered in the white paper.
