This is my first post.
I have a suggestion to stop the problem with bots/pools…
I claim BTC from a few faucets with a 10 minute timer. I work everyday full time so during the week when I’m working, I can only occasionally claim throughout the day. After a week, I had about 1200-1600 satoshi on 4 different sites.
I was able to withdraw the entire amount instantly from each site after a week.
The next week i was on vacation, so I spent almost every day claiming as often as possible. I had reached over 2000+ satoshi on all 4 sites in only 2 days.
When I tried to withdraw, the sites limited my withdrawal amount to 100 satoshi per hour…(I was literally claiming faster than I was allowed to withdraw)
Maybe the DEVs could implement a system like this, limiting the withdrawal amount to say, 2% of threshold, for the small percentage of accounts that claim faster that one human can physically claim legitimately.
That would bring the threshold down to the average of physical claims that can be made by real individuals.
I claim from the faucet all the time with headphones on, and I can only claim about 100- 200 per hour, sometimes less, depending on how hard the captchas sound that day.
Some people claim more, some less. But no human with headphones can claim faster than once every 15 seconds(captcha length)
That is all, thanks for reading. I anyone has a better idea, speak up!!
Good job with all your work so far, DEVs!
